If we bought a desktop or laptop PC with pre-installed Windows 8.1, in most cases we didn't get a full Windows installation DVD with it. Just a "recovery partition" or a "recovery disk," bloated with all the manufacturer's useless third-party apps. Thankfully, Microsoft allows us to download Windows 8.1 ISOs, for an entirely clean installation.
Windows 8.1 Single Language With Bing Download

Fortunately, Microsoft has changed its ways and recognized that not everyone is running Windows on their PC all the time. So, they have recreated the same method they use with Windows 10, for downloading Windows 8.1 on any OS.
If, however, you don't feel comfortable downloading Windows 8.1 with Bing from torrent files, you should contact the OEM manufacturer of a replacement installation media, and pay any possible shipping and handling fees.
I was really curious about the windows 8.1 with bing, and i was wondering what to do if i wanted to make a clean installation. I did'nt know that windows 8.1 SIngle Language Edition iso would do the job .I'm still curious though about the title. Why is it called "Single Language" ? Are there any limitations? Although you say "Windows 8.1 with Bing is identical to Windows 8.1".Something tells me that the aswer is "But that's Microsoft for you" : )Thank you Angelos.
Supposedly you can't change the user interface language, which is a routine procedure for Windows 8.1. But I read here -setup/55343-adding-language-pack-windows-8-1-bing-post437938.html#post437938 that there are 4 versions of Windows with Bing, and only one of them is truly single language.
Please note that, at least from my experience, Windows Single Language is not automatically the same as Windows with Bing .... i.e. Windows with Bing is indeed distributed as 'single language' but if you download Windows Single Language (as mentioned above) it won't activate with a Windows for Bing key.
The problem with finding an ISO through other means is that there is no guarantee that the ISO will be clean from rootkit malware. The valid key will give a legitimate installation, but for some downloads the danger is real.

I have a Lenovo B50-70 which I upgraded to windows 10 from windows 8.1 SL with bing. I even deleted the recovery partition to recover the space. Now am repenting. windows 10 sucks...wifi issues. very slow. want to get back to windows 8.1. i have tried magnet:?xt=urn:btih:af8ffdaae70636719b0d70f1d30f1ba5359710b8&dn=Windows+8.1+with+Bing+-+AKA+CoreConnected+x64 but it instructs to insert different key. I have extracted the bios key using some appplication quite some time back.Is there a way to get the specific ROM for B50-70 in India
I also had a Lenovo laptop with preinstalled Windows 8. I never noticed the edition of WIndows I had until it crashed on me. I also extracted WIndows key from BIOS and all I could understand from BIOS is that I had a STD edition of Windows. I downloaded different ISO files using torrents to try, but failed. Later I got a genuine ISO that one of my friend provided. He made this ISO from a retail copy of Windows 8 he purchased. I never knew that a retail Windows copy is gonna help me reinstall OEM Windows that I had. Anyways, I could clean install my Windows 8, that too by deleting all the unwanted partitions. I never had luck downloading Windows 8 from Microsoft with my OEM key, but somehow a retail ISO helped me reinstall OEM Windows.
Now that's interesting!! I had downloaded the Spanish ISO for win single language core connected which is same as Bing with single language, converted it to English and then installed. It worked. But I would not mind reformatting if I get my hands on ISO. Is there a wayi can get the iso you had? I assume you can't share the ISO on this forum.

It can be confusing to find Windows 10 Media Creation Tool and use it for upgrading to the latest version of Windows OS. In this guide you can find direct download link of Media Creation tool along with info on how to use it. The tool let you to auto-update your system to Windows 10. But there are some requirements for the same. If you are having a licensed version of Windows 7 or Windows 8 operating system you can upgrade to Windows 10 using the Media Creation tool. No need to completely format your pc, worry about data backup, etc.
I have a windows 8.1 and I downloaded "Bing Translator" using Store Apps. Then I have downloaded language packs using "Bing Translator" in order to use the translator as offline. And it works just fine when internet connection is disabled. Each language packs file size was approximately 125mb to download. After download processes and install process there was written 252mb on some language pack.It seems like installing processes doubles language packs file size.
At the 2014 Build conference, during April, Microsoft's Terry Myerson unveiled further user interface changes for Windows 8.1, including the ability to run Metro-style apps inside desktop windows, and a revised Start menu, which creates a compromise between the Start menu design used by Windows 7 and the Start screen, by combining the application listing in the first column with a second that can be used to display app tiles, whereas Windows 8.0 used a screen hotspot ("hot corner"). Myerson stated that these changes would occur in a future update, but did not elaborate further. A distinction is the removal of the tooltip with the preview thumbnail of the Start screen.
Microsoft also unveiled a concept known as "Universal Windows apps", in which a Windows Runtime app can be ported to Windows Phone 8.1 and Xbox One while sharing a common codebase. While it does not entirely unify Windows' app ecosystem with that of Windows Phone, it will allow developers to synchronize data between versions of their app on each platform, and bundle access to Windows, Windows Phone, and Xbox One versions of an app in a single purchase.[43][44][45][46]Microsoft originally announced that users who did not install the update would not receive any other updates after May 13, 2014.[47] However, meeting this deadline proved challenging: The ability to deploy Windows 8.1 Update through Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) was disabled shortly after its release following the discovery of a bug which affects the ability to use WSUS as a whole in certain server configurations.[48] Microsoft later fixed the issue[49] but users continued to report that the update may fail to install.[47] Microsoft's attempt to fix the problem was ineffective, to the point that Microsoft pushed the support deadline further to June 30, 2014.[47][50] On 16 May, Microsoft released additional updates to fix a problem of BSOD in the update.[51]
The Start screen received several enhancements on Windows 8.1, including an extended "All Apps" view with sort modes (accessed by clicking a new down arrow button or swiping upward), small and extra-large sizes for tiles, and colored tiles for desktop program shortcuts. Additional customization options were also added, such as expanded color options, new backgrounds (some of which incorporate animated elements), and the ability for the Start screen to use the desktop background instead. Applications were no longer added to the Start screen automatically when installed, and all applications now have colored tiles (desktop programs were previously shown in a single color). The app snapping system was also extended; up to four apps can be snapped onto a single display depending on screen size, apps can be snapped to fill half the screen, and can also be used on any display in a multi-monitor configuration. Apps can also launch other apps in a snapped view to display content; for example, the Mail app can open a photo attachment in a picture viewer snapped to another half of the screen. Improved support is also provided by apps for using devices in a portrait (vertical) orientation. The lock screen offers the ability to use a photo slideshow as its backdrop, and a shortcut to the Camera app by swiping up. The on-screen keyboard has an improved autocomplete mechanism which displays multiple word suggestions, and allows users to select from them by sliding on the spacebar. The autocomplete dictionary is also automatically updated using data from Bing, allowing it to recognize and suggest words relating to current trends and events.[66][67] Similarly to Windows Phone, certain apps now display a narrow bar with three dots on it to indicate the presence of a pop-up menu accessible by swiping, clicking on the dots, or right-clicking.[68] 2ff7e9595c
